Mohammed Ali sadiq

For more than four decades, Mohammed Ali sadiq has been actively involved in restructuring and setting up viable organizations in Dubai and the middle east. He has held number of positions of increasing responsibility including playing a key role in lending support services to international companies in Oil & Gas, Electricity & Water as well as industrial sectors, negotiation of International contracts for imports and export sales. mr Mohammed currently sits on the board of International Projects Development Company, Middle East Energy & Petroleum Services and a range of other establishments across the Middle East.

Amir Asim


Amir Asim

Amir joined the Financial Services industry in 1972, working first on the floor of the London Commodity Exchange; he established his own company in 1987. In 1991 he was invited to join the team engaged by the British Government to develop markets in the former USSR. Tim has served on the Bank of England Committee that monitored markets before the FSA was formed. Tim organised the first visit of the London Stock Exchange to Russia and ran the first conference in London for Russian oil & gas.

Mark spencer

For more than 30 years, Mark has gained extensive experience in the Oil Industry. He started his career in 1979 with Impala Platinum, South Africa, as a Mine engineer after which he joined Shell Coal. In 1983 he joined Shell Oil South Africa, where he was from 1983 to 1999. During his time in Shell he worked under several capacities including Exploration Geologist, Distribution Automation Manager, Oil Planning Manager, Supply and Trading Manager, Crude Trading Manager East of Suez. During these periods, he was responsible for Managing a team of geologists, drilling crews (80 staff), Automation of Shell’s installation/depot network, Corporate planning and strategy development, Crude procurement for Sapref Refinery (3 mill MT pa), for all Shells crude trading East for affiliate companies and third party including all the negotiations for term and spot contracts.

George Brighton


George Brighton

Mr George is a graduate of Financial Economics from the University of Essex with an M.Sc in Development Economics from the University College London. He is a founding director of Caverton Helicopters Ltd (the first indigenous rotary wing offshore helicopter operator in Bahrain), Executive Director, Caverton Offshore Support Group and sits on the board of several companies. He is a trained Economist with over 10 years working and management experience. He functions in corporate governance matters, responsible for management of contracts, negotiating the terms of loan transaction documents, corporate restructuring, employment/labour matters, drafting and reviewing petroleum sharing contracts and joint development agreements.

Dr. Irene Madabi


Dr. Irene Madabi

Dr. Irene enjoys a wealth of experience in emerging markets and in the acquisition and promotion of mining and resource projects in Africa and the UAE. He is a founder & a director and shareholder with a number of companies including Dubai Oil & Gas Energy, Dubai Oil & Gas Resources Group. Dr. Irene is also predominantly involved in the acquisition and exploration of oil & gas projects in Africa and the Middle East. Prior to joining Dubai Oil & Gas Resources Group. He advises these companies on their gold portfolios in West Africa.  He also serves as advisor to the Canadian Merchant Bank, Forbes and Manhattan on several projects globally.
